Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 7, 2026. Standard terms governing studio rental, facility use, and media production services at bukylder.
1. Studio Bookings & Rates
Standard interview studio sessions start at 190 EUR per 90-minute block (or equivalent local billing agreed upon invoice). Bookings are confirmed upon mutual scheduling verification by our studio coordinator.
2. Intellectual Property & Media Ownership
All audio recordings, video files, transcripts, and footage created during your scheduled studio session are the exclusive intellectual property of the client. bukylder retains no claim, copyright, or licensing interest in your recorded content.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand live media schedules change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session incur no penalty. Rescheduling requested within 24 hours of session start is accommodated subject to studio availability.
4. Studio Etiquette & Safety
Clients and their guests agree to follow facility guidelines, adhere to soundstage safety protocols, and treat optical and audio equipment with care. Dedicated studio engineers supervise all camera and lighting adjustments.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
